We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen.

Good villa but really bad pools.

The rooms was fresh but the beds on the lower floors was really hard and tough to sleep in, it was very clean and a good hotel but the pools was really bad, specially the one in the rooftop, it was all brown and you could not even see the bottom of the pool. The pool in the villa was better but still not very clean. The staff was really polite.

We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids. Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. The villa has no laundry room however they offer laundry service that it is very inexpensive, the only draw back is that it takes 24 hours Laundromat is nearby: it is called Otteri, I realized too late I also used laundry services nearby, also 24 hours: 3 kgs of clothes 150 baht. Full kitchen and fridge. They gave us many bottles of water and welcome non alcoholic drinks. I will definitely stay again when coming to Phuket.

The room and the pool are very good, everything is amazing ! however we ordered a room service during our stay, then we have food poisoning after we ate the room service. It breaks our holiday and so disappointed.

Villa is clean, owner always making effort to make it better. Although villa is not new new condition, but its clean and proper. Breakfast is readily cooked and staff are very friendly. For lunch and dinner, you can order from them, price is reasonable and delicious, the cook can cook very well. Just that you will need to wait 45mins to an hr for it, but it still ok for us (Family of 7). One thing exceptionally good is the owner, Daniel is very responsive and helpful, we feel safe in his villa.

Vi var där i 10 dagar 9 nätter. Vi hade en fantastisk semester i Thaistyle villan, David som vi hade mest kontakt med var mycket hjälpsam och städerskan/hushållerskan Key var helt suverän. Det är jättestort hus med en härlig pool. Huset ligger en bit bort från pulsen så det krävs Taxi om man ska ner till stan 200 bath enkel resa. Men kan absolut rekomnedra det, fast det behöver underhållas en del om det ska kunna upprätta de stjärnor som det ska ha.

We stayed for 2 nights from 25 aug to 27 aug. David the manager was exceptional in helping us from settling down on day 1 to checking out. He is also exceptionally helpful in providing flexibility as we have 2 young kids as well as support when one of our travel mates fell sick. Truly a highly recommended stay for family or huge group of friends

Excellent for family vacation

What a great villa to relax in. I had 2 elderly and 2 young children of 7 and 9. Breakfast is cooked for us every morning and "Kay" our housekeeper took care of us the entire 5 days. She is such a great cook! This villa is close enough to most destinations by taxi or car. The only downside is the WiFi which comes on and off but still decent and our tvs connections are down for first 2 days. Overall, David and the rest of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Fantastisk villa i Thai stil

Vi havde en villa i Thai stil, det kan varmt anbefales. Fantastisk sted og servicen fra personalet helt i top. Villaen lever fuldt ud op til beskrivelsen, dejligt køkken og meget fine badeværelser. Rigtig gode senge. Det er et sted vi varmt kan anbefale. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage til dette dejlige sted.

遠離海灘 沒有免費接駁車到海邊景區

一行八人入住四房別墅分開三層 但其中三樓房間面積不足一百尺而厠所在外面 感覺這個是工人房 真失望 主人套房面積是那工人房的三至四倍但入住期間厠所淤塞 另外二房廁所可能抽氣不足 明友說常聞到臭味 而洗衣房在外 運作時非常嘈吵 總括來說四房等於三房 入住朋友多多考慮 其次是景觀算不錯 在天台 大廳及泳池皆可觀嘗日落但本人不會再入住

المكان مريح جدا وهادئ الفله واسعه وكبيره ويوجد خادمه في فترة النهار لم اجرب الافطار او الوجبات الافضل الطبخ في الفلا جميع الادوات متوفره المسبح والجلسات جميله لايتوفر الكثير من الخدمات بالقرب من الفلا ويمكن ان يوفر المسؤول احتياجاتك مدخل الفلا متعب وغير مناسب لكبار السن

Great scenery, beautiful house

I loved the house, I loved the scenery. But I'm afraid that there's only one unit (which was the one I got) with such good views. The other villas probably cannot see such a scenery (I'm not 100% sure about this though). Areas of improvement: - Floor felt sticky, perhaps the floors should be mopped - There should be a switch to switch off the swimming pool lights. Else, there'll be lots of bugs in the pool in the morning (the lights attract the flies) - I wish there was a vending machine for drinks. Shops are too fast away. - What would be nice? A barbecue pit. Bath robes.

階段大変

ヴィラ自体はとても素敵です。朝食も美味しく、素敵な時間を過ごせました。しかし三階建になっているのでちょっと物を取りに行ったりとかが個人的には大変でした。。また、一番下の階にはプールのボイラーがあり、なかなか夜まで凄い音を出しています。 ベランダからはお隣のプールが見えました。一番奥の部屋ならどこからも見えないのかなと思います。

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was ready upon arrival. The staff was very helpful upon check-in and throughout our entire stay. They were available by phone 24/7. Anytime we needed a taxi they would call one for us and they would arrive within 5 minutes. If we had any questions regarding hotels or restaurants they would also give us recommendations. There were several pamphlets in the villa with all the tours and places available in the area. The breakfast was amazing. They give you a book of meals that you can choose from and the lady would ask us what time we wanted breakfast, so that we can eat when it was convenient for us. They will even do your laundry for a small fee and have it ready the same day.
