「The property is extremely clean, modern and comfortable plus the hosts are great. The host provided waters, snacks and other amenities that were really appreciated. A few things to note: As the name of the property Twin Villa says, there are two villas connected to each other that share the pool and rooftop terrace, which were beautiful. 「Magnificent villa with amazing views of Kata beach.A great infinity pool showcasing said views across the area. The bedrooms are spacious with ensuites and aircon. The included chef prepared for us each night a great selection of local cuisines along with western food for the children. The staff/team were excellent and always ready to help for any request. The location was good, being close to the main areas without being right in the action so it was quiet a calm.Highly recommended.」

「The villa is brilliant. The pool, terrace, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are all better than the photos. Spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. 「This is a unique and outstanding property which we were fortunate to come across. A large home with large bedrooms all with ensuite, private pool, great location near the top beaches, and with an ocean view to greet each day. Property exceptionally managed by 6 staff. Staff also shopped for the food we chose each day and then cooked both breakfast and most dinners for us.」
