We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! It was very kid friendly, had special touches & the staff was on point! Also worth adding, THE POOL AREA & THE VIEW WAS GORGEOUS! The kids loved seeing the boats and water. So impressed with our stay at this hotel. Love that they have spacious room updated and love that they provide a good choice of soap. And not to mention a great complimentary breakfast. Very well kept hotel.

We loved the hotel. Did not expect a Hampton Inn to be in a historic hotel building. It was beautiful! Our room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The details and furnishings were appropriate for the age and elegance of the building. It was not at all what we expected from a chain hotel. It was a wonderful surprise and experience!

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

Felt very welcomed and safe . Also liked that the rooms had smart TVs .

Everything was great and convenient

What a beautiful beach resort!! We completely enjoyed our stay at Zota Beach Resort. The entire staff delivers great service. Our room was wonderful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The pool is heated and we could swim no matter the temperature outside. Pool and beach service-available for drinks and food. The food was so delicious!! The staff work so hard so you can enjoy your vacation. And there are fun extras like Cornhole, a ping pong table outside, a large chess game, Connect Four...

Great place, very clean, good breakfast

The hotel was clean but the hallways had a musty smell from lack of efficient A/C. Very convenient to the airport. Would stay here again.

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

The Hotel is clean and has been updated. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Staff was verry friendly too.

The place was just as listed. Dan and Amy were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. Answered any question we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Housekeeping was spot on with new beach and shower towels each day along with emptying our garbage each day. The location was spectacular. Easy access to the beach with lounge chairs and if you didn’t want to be at the beach just hang by the pool. Clean kitchenette with a coffee maker, stove top and microwave. The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

Great location for business travelers. Plenty of eateries and shopping close by. Was glad to be close to LA Fitness gym. Everything I need is here. Service is great, rooms well cared for. My place to stay when I come to Sarasota for business.
