「The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. The location was fantastic - restaurants, shopping, parks all nearby. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!」

「Apartment was exactly as described, great location and host was super responsive. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage space, all towels and amenities as expected. We were very comfortable with the portable heaters (trip taken in November) and appreciated the 24hr doorman. Neighborhood was amazing, an easy walk to parks and restaurants. Check in for all guests had to be with the host so when the second half of our group arrived, there was a small delay while we had to coordinate with the host....

「The location was great. Lots of wonderful restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The water filter worked well and the hot water was plentiful for showers. The available parking listed in the amenities is actually just street parking. 」

There are panaderías, restaurants, food stands, bars, and shops literally next door and throughout the Roma Norte neighborhood.From the moment you enter the complex, you’re greeted by incredibly kind 24/7 security guards—I never once felt unsafe. 「The apartment was in a great location! We could walk to fabulous restaurants. The location felt very safe with a 24 hour security guard. We attended a wedding in Mexico City with 4 couples total We each had our own room and bathroom. 」

「This property was spacious, modern and comfortable for our three generation family including 9 and 11 year olds. We appreciated having so many spaces to gather together as well as have quiet time. The kitchen was well appointed except for a semi functioning coffee maker and no dishwasher detergent. Host responded quickly but there was sometimes a lag in resolving issues. The location is terrific, we walked or took subway everywhere. 」

The shower water never got hot, and at several times there was no running water at all.2.There was no heating, which made the nights very cold and uncomfortable.3.The pillows were very uncomfortable and it was difficult for us to sleep.4.We even had to boil water in pots on the stove and carry it to the shower in order to bathe with warm water.」
