"The air conditioning works well, and the hotel is conveniently located in a safe area. Everything is pretty accessible, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had expected a more extensive hotel experience, but it turns out to be more of a boutique. Despite the property being under renovations, it was still nice and comfortable."

"Beds, towels were changed but not much besides that. Watch for a female waitress by the pool, she adds tips to your bill and then never gives you change… so you end up tipping her twice. Nor enough information about special events. Overall happy with the stay. Nice access to the beach, mostly friendly staff. "

"Hallways stink like sewage on each floor, no access to beach from property, room was old school, late notice regarding exterior construction, not worth the asking rates due to 1980s look, room door access reader did not work several times, which it was a delay to fix and we had to use the restroom but couldn’t due to being locked out of our room etc. First time there and WILL NOT return nor recommend. However, love Puerto Rico!!!"
