The staff was amazing ! The room is small and outdated kissing small things like swim towels, extra blankets , new paint and sturdy locks on the doors. If they just added some small things at a time it would be a nice place. Location and staff makes this place !

The check-in was fine. Ivan was great. The room Is older but still nice and clean. The A/C was excellent and ice cold. The water was cool not Hot or warm in shower. Location is right on condado beach!!! Excellent location, great bar next door with delicious food and great music! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall it is a great value for where you are located. You will have to make a trip up multiple stairs so if luggage is heavy be prepared for a work out ! No frills but seriously close to everything!

The room condition is terrible the blanks were disgusting they have stained on it the mold smell of the room, But the location is great next to the beach and stores to bad the the owner doesn’t improve the hotel conditions

No beach view from our suite, but it was clean and the staff were great and helpful and friendly. They let us check in almost two hours early because we arrived at 7am! The room only has one garbage can in the bathroom and no glasses or cups for brushing teeth, also no coffee machine (for those of you who love your morning coffee!), but does have a hair dryer and iron. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away. I found San Juan very expensive and will never return, but this hotel was worth the cost and I was not disappointed with the accomodation overall.

I had a good stay here. It’s a smaller run hotel, and not known for its fanciness, but you’re in Puerto Rico… How much time are you gonna spend in the room other than sleeping? It’s right on the beach, they have a little patio bar/sitting area that’s open on Friday through Monday. Would be nice if it was open every day but it’s enjoyable to sit out there and socialize with some of the other travelers and exchange ideas. Overall, the facilities are dated but clean and a friendly staff, you will become familiar with during your time. I did hear that sometimes the elevator is out of service, so if that’s an issue make sure to consider that. One other nice thing was that there’s a Walgreens and another drugstore right down the street within a couple hundred feet… They sell everything from sunblock to Bacardi. Very convenient. Countless bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. I would get a room here again.

Get ready for an adventure!! Let's start with the good points. The room was cleanish… during our four days we didnt see any bugs or critters. Also the overnight security guard was super nice and was able to help us find a place to watch the Super Bowl. One or two front desk staff were very nice and helpful others ranged from uninterested to absolutely rude. The AC was ice cold !!! Worked very well we had to shut it off it got so cold The adventure!! There is no parking expect to park at the Mariott next door and pay $27 per day if you have a rental the mariott vallet staff are very nice and know what’s up. We lost water Completely to the whole hotel for about 10-12 hours. We heard “the plumber is coming many times. Due to the water loss the toilet got clogged and it took several requests to even get them to bring us a plunger (we had to do it ourselves) Even when back in service the water pressure is Terrible and tepidly warm as best of you like hot showers like I do you will be disappointed. A puddle was in our hall outside our door we wiped it up because we kept tracking it into our room but it kept. Coming back. The roof terrace is a joke. Go see it it’s worth a laugh. The adjacent building is twice as tall so all you can look at is a concrete wall no ocean view lol The room was a little small there is no fridge no microwave, coffeemaker or anything you might expect. TV was streaming only on a dated smart TV. And the WiFi in the hotel was slow.
