「We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses.」

「Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. He provided some incense and air freshener which did the trick. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The villas need a little repair, but ok. It was...

「Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.」

「My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic.」
