"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees:

The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
"Wonderful property- the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. There is a great steakhouse named Ziyafet next door to the property."
"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating.
There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."
