「Unit had multiple problems. Constantly reaching out to customer service for maintenance. Ended up having to move to another room. Won’t be staying there again!」

「We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

「Host was a 5 star. Apartment itself was very clean and functional. Some drawers in the kitchen and bathroom no longer stay closed and the kitchen utensils are minimal but nothing you can’t work around. Our timing was unfortunate in that the pool directly in front of the unit was being upgraded so the noise was unavoidable but nice to see they were at least working on improving the building amenities. The shape of the complex is pretty bleak, if you can ignore that and appreciate thats reflected...

La comunicación con el anfitrión muy eficiente, la cama se dañó y la respuesta en la reparación fue oportuna; sin embargo, se recomienda cambio de la cama, no reparación ya que no era cómoda. Pero contaba con sofá cama que nos salvó. Igualmente se recomienda si o si tener acceso a internet, ya que yo intenté coordinar el día antes para al llegar tener claro lo del ingreso, pero se indica que se da las instrucciones el mismo día, horas...

「Great photos of the property, they really enticed me to select this place. The location was on the border of Casco Viejo. My biggest disappointment was the lack of extra towels. I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels. 」

「If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. 」

「Clean and walkable location」

「There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...
