「Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Orho Oriental a Panama e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, attento e disponibile ad aiutare in ogni momento. L’ambiente era pulito e accogliente, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Inoltre, il trasferimento dall’aeroporto all’hotel, incluso nella prenotazione, è stato puntuale e molto comodo. 「During my recent stay, I encountered a very challenging situation with a staff member named Jose from Corporate Stays. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be located and that I would need to resubmit payment. I provided my receipt as proof of payment, but I was told the transaction had not processed. 「The staff here is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Some small issues with pillows locking doors on porches etc. But overall good area and comfortable bedding.」

「Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. 「The room was clean and affordable. The staff was very friendly even though hard to communicate the person assisting us when we checked in」

「Took a few minutes to check in. The lobby looks like a disaster-luggages everywhere in piles. Feels very chaotic. When we were ready to shower at night, there’s no hot water. I called the front desk and found out their water heater was broken. Meanwhile, when we we turned on the shower, water leaked from behind the wall. So within a few seconds, there’s puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We could not shower. This issue was not fixed or addressed before we checked out. Will not stay here...
