「We stayed here back in 2019 before now (2025) as it is very convenient for us as it is close to our family in BA. Since then the property has gotten a bit dated, we didnt have a safebox as offered and the fridge wasn't working. None of those issues were a big problem for us but you would expect everything to be working. A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria.」
