The hotel is very well located in the city center, has a shuttle for evening transport to nearby restaurants and attractions (like Puerto Madero). Staff is great, restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent. Has very good gym and indoor pool. Only downside on our part is that mattresses were on the hard side and pillows too large/tall. Overall would definitely return.

What a beautiful property! The lobby was very rich in style! The staff was very kind and thoughtful, willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable! While I didn't use the gym or the pool, both looked in credible! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially because there is so much around this hotel as far as food and drink, all in walking distance!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were so helpful and would do anything to ensure a good stay at the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but all the shops and restaurants were easily accessible. I will be staying in this hotel again.

Very gracious staff.

Great stay. I was traveling with a friend and we were arriving separately. My flight was delayed by a day and the hotel was very accommodating and let her check into the room without me when I let them know.

Although a large urban hotel, the Intercontinental isn't an overly modern, unadorned property. Tradional decor, beautifull lighting, and comfortable lobby and room furnishings made our stay special. We enjoyed the Cafe des Luces for an Argentine lunch, and abundant breakfasts in the Meditteraneo dining room.

We moved here with last minute booking because of the awful experience at other hotel . What a big difference between the two hotels. Breakfast was okay but got everything we needed. Location is perfect and safe. Will be back.

Staff was excellent, but the facilities were a bit dated and the carpet in the hallways seemed old. Overall, a good experience because of the service, food, and value.

We loved this hotel

We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service.
