These are luxury studio apartments. Extreme attention to detail! Extremely clean, comfortable and it has all amenities! Stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. It's close to bus stops and there are plenty of taxis. It's a very safe and very nice neighborhood. We ended up booking 2 more nights. Cleaning crew extremely honest! I had forgotten a piece of jewelry in my room and it was immediately returned to me. I would give this place 100 stars if I could.

Small studio but all things that you need! I highly recommend unit 8C because it includes a dining table with 4 chairs and even a washing machine. Bathroom and bed were super clean so that makes me very happy.

The unit is perfect for short term visits, however gettting into the unit was challenging , there are too many security requirements and if you re not check savy it will take time to j lock the apartment door , which has a different code/password then the main building entrance, very confusing if do not have a mobile phone with an active line you can call their offices , other than that it was perfect

Overall I would stay again. However, there are things to improve: there was a humidity issue on the bathroom shower (black mold) and on the kitchen. The sofa cover had stains (IYKYK) and it took them a few days to reply on either Expedia or the WhatsApp. I really liked having a washing machine inside the apartment and the big windows lighting. The bed was clean and the apartment smelled good. Kudos to the cleaning crew!

Couldn't tell whether it was food or body fluids, doesn't matter.

The towel was worn out. Despite their offer to swap it for a new one, the first impression was poor. I also found some long black hairs on the white bed. The kitchenware was quite old and in poor condition.

Great apartment in a nice area close to metro station. Well appointed and furnished, can’t fault the apartment at all and would highly recommend. My only gripe is there isn’t great communication in advance and the host won’t assist with baggage store so if you have a later flight after check out or arrive early then you can have quite some hanging around with your luggage

The apartment was nice on the surface. However there were not towels in both bathrooms. Only 1 bathroom had hand soap & there was a used coffee pod on the counter when we arrived. We reached out to the property with regards to the heat/ cooling of the property & didn’t hear back. The biggest issue is the current construction sites that surround the property.

Apto em predio moderno , boa localização com mercado e restaurantes próximos , bem ventilado e iluminado, com aquecimento, chuveiro é ótimo com banheira , vista agradável para a parque, cozinha equipada com eletrodomésticos, bom custo benefício. Só achamos com poucas louças pra 4 pessoas , e alguns detalhes da limpeza, alguns pontos com umidade e manutenção deixando um pouco a desejar .

El departamento muy lindo, pero estaba preparado para 2 personas y no para 4 como reservé. Faltaban 2 toallones y la ropa de cama de las camas del comedor. Asique hubo que dormir sobre el sillón, solo con las almohadas. El resto todo bien
