We didn't think we would be able to store our luggage since we arrive early in the morning, but we were able to as there was a front desk person. That was extremely helpful. Room was pretty nice, only negative was that they do not have hair dryers. Overall great location and place.

I did not realize that this was not a true hotel. Would only communicate by WhatsApp in Spanish and insist on telephone calls. They were last to give access codes. When I arrived the room was filthy.

El departamento es amplio, estaba muy limpio...ideal para una familia de 4. Cómodas las camas, el flujo del agua y la temperatura de la ducha muy bien.

Apto muito bom, mas com banheiro que alaga
O apto é muito bom, de acordo com as fotos, localização excelente, porém chegamos 1:30 hrs sem instrução de que é uma senha de acesso a entrada do prédio e outra no quarto. Ficamos uns minutos na rua até um senhor aparecer e passou a senha da porta.
Não tinha bebedouro de água ou garrafa no local para vender e tive que sair a pé pra procurar algo aberto 24 hrs que tem perto, mas fiquei com receio pois era minha primeira vez em BA, mas me senti seguro (sugestão por uma maquina ou disponibilizar no prédio).
Internet/wi-fi não funciona e recebemos o acesso dois dias depois que tbm não funcionava.
Banheiro com problemas, água parada no box, alaga tudo pois é apenas uma folha de vidro e a água sai bastante pra fora e tinha apenas um tapete, que depois de pedir algumas vezes eles trouxeram uma toalha de piso no segundo dia. Mas cada banho tínhamos que passar o rodo no banheiro e deixar a toalha fora do banheiro para não molhar.
Apartamento e banheiro bem empoeirado, sei que não é costume passar pano, mas faria muita diferença.
Talvez instruir melhor o porteiro melhoria muito, pois hoje quando saímos tinha uma recepcionista excelente, vimos ela explicando para outros hóspedes sobre os acessos, mostrou uma sala com banheiro e água e isso teria facilitado muito se fosse falado em nossa chegada.
Poucos ajustes que fazem a diferença e melhoria no banheiro ficaria perfeito.

Excelente acomodação, muito bem localizado
Acomodação muito bem localizada, próximo aos principais pontos turisticos e proximo ao metro. Existe um mini mercado ao lado com ótimas opções para abastecer o frigobar do apartamento. Isso nos ajudou muito com a falta do café da manhã, uma vez que não é um hotel.
As acomodações são muito boas, cama excelente, chuveiro com ducha muito boa, apesar da ausencia de um box adequado, que deixava o chão do banheiro molhado. O quarto que fiquei tinha ar-condicionado quente/frio, mas a porta balcão não vedava muito bem e nos dias com mais frio entrava vento pelas frestas.
Pedimos substituição das toalhas na recepção mas não foram trocadas.
No restante é muito bom, visto que só usavamos para descansar após um longo dia de passeio.

O Flat é muito confortável! Comporta 3 pessoas bem. Cama boa, sofá-cama ok, localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Mini Carrefour vizinho para pequenas compras e ingredientes para o café da manhã. O Flat não tem portaria, toda entrada e saída é feita só com a senha. O custo benefício foi muito bom! Todavia, o proprietário do LA VIE deveria melhorar duas coisas: a rapidez no contato pelo WhatsApp (tendo em vista que ele só se comunica no mesmo dia do check-in) e a quantidade de limpezas nos quartos. Passamos 7 noites e só foi limpo um único dia, apesar da gente ter solicitado mais vezes. Voltarei!

Es una buena opción para hospedarse
En general están muy bien los apartamentos, solo que están algo limitados para 4 personas, el,sofá cama es bastante pequeño, el baño está amplio pero es muy incómodo por la ubicación de la taza del baño y la ubicación de la puerta, está muy bien ubicados, muy cerca del puente de la mujer y el edificio es nuevo y está cómodo, buen servicio de internet

O mesmo que você vê nas fotos é o que vai encontrar.
Ótima localização dá para fazer tudo andando , tem mercado ao lado , galeria Pacífico a três quarteirões, porto Madero a dois quarteirões,
A portaria é automática, interfonei e o Alan nos recebeu na chegada , guardou nossas malas e nos orientou sobre tudo que precisávamos, tudo muito prático .

Boa loalcalização, e, boas instalações... Tivemos uma pequena dificuldade pois não havíamos recebido a confirmação nem os códigos de acesso das portas do edifício e do apartamento até o momento de chegada no local... Ficamos 04 dias e não houve limpeza de apto ou troca de toalhas... O apartamento estava anunciado como cama King Size, e, era uma cama Queen...
