The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. We were originally planning on going to the clinic ourselves, but Fulvio said he will take us to the hospital because how the public hospital system was set up, we could be waiting there for the whole day without been seen by a doctor...

"We really enjoyed our seven nights stay at the apartment! It is really well located to get to most of the tourist sites, train stations, and the 389 bus line. The apartment is well equipped, and the guest bathroom with the tub is absolutely beautiful! The air conditioner unit in the bedroom worked really well to keep us nice and cool while we slept. As an FYI, you can get some street noise late at night and early in the morning because of the restaurant and shops located below the apartment....

"Roomy, light-filled, with french doors that open onto a balcony, well-located in the center of the city, this apartment on the top floor rates highly. Cettina, our host, was gracious, efficient, and helpful. We would stay there again at the drop of a hat!"

"We loved this stay, the views and sea were breathtaking, the terrace and short walk to the water was just perfect. The studio is decorated elegantly with a very nice kitchen, crockery and cooking equipment. Air con throughout which is great! Near to great sandy beaches. "Franco was extremely helpful. He not only made sure someone was available to get us right in, but he arranged for parking for our rental car as well. We could not have asked for a better location. It is right off the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and stores easily in walking distance. It was extremely easy to get to the sights without long walks or taking taxis. "We had a lovely 2 week stay in Casa Mare and enjoyed the convenient location close to the beach and all amenities. The owner and his manager Marina were extremely kind and helpful during our stay and were very quick to respond to any queries we had. We enjoyed the beautiful garden which is well maintained and full of frangipani, jasmine and hibiscus, as well as the odd gecko to the delight of our 5 year old grandson. The kitchen, bathrooms and all areas of the house are comfortable and function...

"We spent 3 days at Casa Moncada in the heart of the action. We were late coming in due to missing a connecting flight and Giuseppe guided us and assisted with a driver from the airport. I will say without the driver knowing the exact location of the entrance, it would have been difficult to find. Inside was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The location was excellent, walking distance to all the important sites. As my wife and I travel quite a bit, some amenities like...

"3 nights in Palermos old center. A bit loud at night but that was to be expected. Host was very helpful to me with my lost luggage. No hot water when we arrived. Host was quick to respond and had it fixed within an hour. Apartment was lovely, however it was advertised as a 3 bedroom when it was only 2. The third bed was a fold out couch in the living room."

"The apartment was in a great location, close to train station and central.palermo. we walked everywhere and felt safe. The apartment had a coffee machine so we ate breakfast in. There are enough utensils, pots if you want to cook. Awesome communication with property owner and would recommend this apartment whole heartedly. We had an awesome stay!"

"the 4 of us enjoyed our stay here - the star of the show is definitely the terraces, for outdoor drinking and relaxation. Its definitely 'shabby chic' and tbh the terrace furniture and cushions could do with an update (and removing some of the broken chairs!) - also some essentials such as shampoo, washing liquid etc would have been good too. With a little investment and attention the place would be amazing, but still 'very good' and we would recommend it!"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
