"Very good breakfast and convenient location"
"I do appreciate all the help i received from the people working at the hotel when I had a difficulty coping with the loss of my passport. Because I was in such a stressful situation, I have to admit that I was not able to enjoy the luxury of the hotel so much but I can say I loved the fruit juices that are really fresh -- it is a kind of treat to me. Last but not the least, I would like to say "thank you" to a member of staff (sorry I do not know her name) who gave me all the necessary information throughout my stay at the hotel."

"Perfect location. It would have helped if we could have been advised of WiFi password upon check-in."
