Pala Kart Cinisello Balsamo

The hotel canceled our reservation for no reason, even though we paid in full. It took almost an hour and a half to check in after many interaction with the staff. The AC was not working properly. There was no hot water at the shower. We reported to staff and the problem wasn’t resolved until the day we checked out. The morning breakfast, which we paid for was terrible. There wasn’t any food in the serving area.

The Unique Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Brera section of Milan. It is a small hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfast area, and good selection of breakfast foods, freshly prepared. The staff is warm and friendly, willing to help with any reservations, and acomodations. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with nice shops and resteraunts located nearby. Easy walk to La Scala and Duomo.

I loved the location.
