" Lovely landscaped grounds and very helpful and friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Food was lovely! Amazing views from our villa#23! —the villa itself was not decorated well; a black leather couch and heavy red curtains; it had no ‘Panamian feel’ … this missed the mark. -both swimming pools are missing tiles…it didn’t detract from our pleasure! But it gives an ‘old’ and uncared-for impression. However, the property is being renovated so I assume this will be attended too."

"The facility was very nice and clean. Room was spacious. The things I didn’t like were not the fault of the hotel. Be warned that the upstairs bar is LOUD until very late and then construction in the area is also very loud and starts very early in the morning. There’s also a ton of cabs/ubers honking outside constantly. The hotel does provide earplugs which help. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in the hotel but it’s nice that there is a restaurant on site. "The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. They had a toaster connected to an electrical extension and the breaker will not stay on. I got ill and needed to come back before. I liked Panama, people very friendly, but I know I will never...
