「La ubicación del Hotel es excelente, cerca de muchos lugares de distracción y cerca del Metro. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tienen una cafeteria que venden unos postres super deliciosos y cremosos. Recomiendo 100% este hotel」

「Staying at Lula’s was such a treat! Tammy made every aspect of our stay comfortable. Each morning a yummy breakfast was made to order from 1 of 3 choices each day. The upstairs has a great covered porch that we loved to sit and watch the world go by. The weather was toasty each day, but coming back to the room with A/C was such a great way to cool off. We also found the location perfect, just a few blocks off of the more active spots, so we could easily walk 5 minutes to be part of the...

「I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.」

「I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.」
