"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""

"The staff was fantastic m. Especially the breakfast dining area and the Oasis restaurant staff were amazing. The food was top tier! The room was quaint and clean and adequate. Their grounds were so beautiful! The flowers, gardens and paths, the frogs at night and the birds were wonderful. We would stay here again. We highly recommend their restaurant! Delicious. It was all great. "
