"Lovely place. But ceiling decor fell inches from our head, shattering not only plaster onto our bed but our nerves. Management apologized & cleaned up. But only at my insistence did they put in some more screws into the other remaining pieces (which was critical since another piece was already missing, meaning they knew previously of this problem/risk). And not a bit of compensation was offered. Only after my persistent all-day inquiry did we hear the next morning - after we'd already packed up...
