"This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

"We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. The kids loved the rooftop pool.The location is about 2 blocks outside the expanding restored areas of Casco Viejo. And we walked around comfortably during the day and...
