「Decent hotel! Check-in was a breeze and staff were always helpful and pleasant! Loved that there was a convenience store across the street! Pool area can get crowded so more pool chairs needed! Breakfast should be included in the price/complimentary as the buffet offerings were a little limited. Not the best views from the hotel room - it is opposite a multi-storey residential complex that is not the most well-kept. Room was dark and needs better lighting. Nice views from the rooftop pool...

From the front desk, to the drivers, to the restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is totally worth it. We would definitely stay again.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was safe and clean. It was in a very convenient location, only 3 blocks from a grocery store. Additionally, there are several food places within walking distance to the property, including easy access to the Metro line. I had stayed at this location during a previous trip and it will be my primary location for all future trips.」

「スイートルームということでしたが、リビングにベッドを入れて２ベッドルームにしていたと思われます。その為に、椅子が１つのみでした。バスローブ、スリッパも一人分しかなかったのです。紅茶、コーヒーセットはなかったので、湯沸しポットと紅茶セットを運んでもらいました。サービス係にいうとすぐ対応してくれましたが、利用人数にあったアメニティグッズを、用意しないのでしょうか。」

「Great location near Albrook mall and airport. Great value for the price. And there is an elevator!」

「Overall the stay was good. The food at the big restaurant was actually good. The staff was nice. Just found the bathtub too tall to get in. My son slipped down and hit his head (he was ok, more of a scare). The same bathtub was rusty. Also, the entrance (lobby) was kind of hard to reach from parking. Just could have been nicer an easier entry. The swimming pools were nice and my 4 year old enjoyed himself. 」

「Javier was an excellent front desk executive. He tried to make better are check-in experience. We arrived a little bit earlier from the check-in time, and found the way to let us accommodate in our room ASAP. Food is nice, well located. Very good experience. 」
