「We can not even put into words how impressed we are with not only the resort itself but the generous knowledge and service we received from Jay and Eva. We planned a trip to stay in Coronado after some research ourselves to look at possible relocation (and of course a vacation) Jay was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with honest answers and people to help us with our requests. (Realtor, Lawyer, Car Rentals, Taxi Services, Airport Transfers just to name a few)...

Fantastic and oozing with charm! Oh, and a fantastic rooftop where the fireworks were right overhead for viewing on New Year’s Eve. 」

「Our stay was great, but we do have several suggestions: We were very excited to see a roof-top pool and brought our bathing suits, only to find out the pool was only for the person renting the top floor apartment ( website should state this). Also, the website said "This property does not have elevators", and we used the elevator - Please check your website! Also, only 1 bottle of water was left for two people in the room, and we were concerned about drinking faucet water in Panama. Also,...

「Great building and location and ideal for most visiting PC. Unit is comfortable and has a great patio. WiFi is ok but was using the signal from another unit. The one assigned to the apartment wasn’t available and TVs were all programmed to access the signal form adjacent apartment. 」

「Comfortable bed and living room area. Kitchen could use more utensils etc but it worked. Bonus to have a washer and dryer. We had some problems with the on-demand hot water but were able to overcome that. (The manager is aware.) Good internet! Rooftop pool with a nice view. Convenient location. Easy walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. Uber rides easy to find. We would stay there again. Overall a good stay. 」

「We had a wonderful stay with the exception of some water pump problems. Jay, the host was very attentive and forthcoming with the situation. He was also very helpful with finding places to explore」

「The property in still in a phase of construction/ remodel on one of the buildings but that did not hamper our stay at all. They were very attentive and accommodating. We had a booking issue with expedia and Antonio was great to compensate for the error and put us in a room when he had none. It all worked out great in the end Like to give a shout out to Cesar as well.」

「Incredibly loud children’s party in courtyard. So loud that it was difficult to communicate with the person next to me. Rooms face courtyard. The young man who checked me in was rude and unhelpful. He was totally lacking in social grace. I left and found a great alternative. 」

「The room was perfect even for an extended stay. The balcony and view were very good. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The neighborhood was very loud at night but that is not the fault of the hotel. It was on a weekend and the property is located in the center of Casco Viejo (convenient during the day, not so much at night unless you want to party). 」
