「The staff were delightful and very professional, breakfast was very good, hotel in a convenient location, other guests were well-behaved (sadly not always the case these days!)」

「Very close to the town centre, so it was very convenient to take part in the tour to go round in the island. Nice view from the room window facing the symbolic castle. 」

「Having booked a stay away for my other half for a chirstmas preseant (a bucket list one no less) I recieved an email from Tower guest, stating that due to an error, they would not be able to continue my booking. This meant I lost the accomadation (which I was give the money back) however this left me having to source new accomadation which was undue stress at christmas. I will therefore not recommend either this hotel or Expedia to anyone. 」
