"What a lovely place. Off the beaten track, but well worth finding. Has proper old time charm but is in excellent condition. Room was a generous size, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Meal choice was super and the quality matched. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

Previously stayed at the hotel many years ago with previous owners & it has so many facilities for kids it has the potential to be a great hotel (like it used to) Biggest let down was the heat of the room. It was actually unbearable heat, hardly slept & were kids not feeling great with it. Hotel rooms seriously need air con. Other thing that could be improved is to bring back the restraunt. "The Luib hotel is a gem in a beautiful location. The fish we had for dinner were superb, and the breakfast was exceptional but what made our stay extra special was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Would definitely stay again."
