「部屋はとても清潔感があり、新しく、家具が可愛くて素敵でした。バスタブはありません。夕飯は併設されているパブで食べることができます。朝食は含まれていて、宿泊部屋の下の階でとることができます。 　周辺にはあまり観光できる場所はありません。ストーノウェィからのバスは目の前に止まります。」

「Doune Braes is very close to the Callanish standing stones, which makes it a super convenient location if the stones are on your itinerary! Everyone working at Doune Braes was extremely kind and helpful and the food (I had dinner and breakfast) was delicious. It is not a fancy accommodation, but the rooms are clean, spacious, and safe. Highly recommended if you are visiting Lewis and want to see the Callanish stones, particularly at sunrise or sunset!」

「建物入口前の道路の路上駐車で、最初は少し不安でしたが、1車線が建物前で増えていて、帰ってきた時に、仮に他の車が停まっても、その車は短時間で移動しますから、必ず空きスペースができます。 全く問題ありませんでした。」

「Very close to the town centre, so it was very convenient to take part in the tour to go round in the island. Nice view from the room window facing the symbolic castle. 」
