「The toilet in room 235 is not working as it should. About an hour after we checked in, we reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member was polite and suggested we use the public restroom near the reception while promising to send someone to fix the problem. Someone did arrive shortly after and told us it had been resolved, but unfortunately, the issue remains. The toilet still requires at least five flushes, and even then, it doesn’t clean properly. This might seem like a minor...

「First of all I want to thank Mr Patel for his excellent service. He is pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect for me travelling alone. Very clean, quiet,super new air conditioning unit,excellent Tv and bed was so very comfortable. I stayed three nights and when back in Cornwall this is where I will stay again. Thanks again for making my stay pleasant. Hope to see you soon.」
