スタッフの方はとても親切でした。親切すぎて、フロントの方がチェックインの際に私の前の人に本当に懇切丁寧に周辺の案内をされていて、だいぶ待たされました。（不満ではありません。本当にフレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんでした。）

We opted for the Gold plan and loved it! Breakfast was included, small plate appetizers and canapés and then dessert served in an exclusive common room from 5:00. Excellent service. But the hotel needs some refurbishing and updating. The desk chair in our room was literally shredded. This is a premium property. A wonderful and historic and perfectly located hotel. The Fairmount needs to give it some love.
