「Beautiful place but our mattress was so hard, I lost sleep! There was a point where I considered sleeping on the floor, as I thought it might be more comfortable, and my partner developed back and hip pain. The staff was lovely, everyone was so friendly and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. About a 20 minute walk from city centre, the location was also great! Apart from the mattress, I would definitely recommend to stay here. 」

「Breakfast was good. Orange juice was very cheap though - not freshly squeezed. Old part of the building is very impressive. Charging for a small bottle of water in the room is unacceptable. Hotel could do with a gym as well.」

「The ibis hotel in York was in a good location, within walking distance to everything. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms were nicely updated and well kept. The staff at the front desk were great and very helpful. I didn't us the breakfast so cannot comment on that. 」

「たまたまかも知れないが、エレベータが使えなかった。荷物を３階まで運ぶのはホテルのサービスがあったが、階段を使うのは年寄りにはたいへんだった。駐車場がないのが不便。近くの駐車場を案内してくれるが、分かりにくい。」

「とてもリラックスして落ち着ける宿です。朝食もおいしかったし、スタッフも親切です。飲み物は近くにあるストアで買えますが、夜は9時くらいに閉まります。そうなると歩いて7分ほどのスーパーに買いに行かなくてはいけません。あらかじめ買っておくことをお勧めします。また。近くにレストランは少ないです。」

「ミンスタービューに泊まりましたが改装中であまりいい景色ではなかった。それを通常の価格だと不満かな。スタッフは何きいても助けてくれて親切だった。部屋は価格に見合ってない」
