"The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, we were very disappointed to learn upon arrival that the onsen facilities can only be used by guests without tattoos. This restriction was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy the onsen, so finding out that we could not use the facilities after arriving was frustrating and significantly impacted our experience. We understand that tattoo policies may be common in some places, but this information should be clearly communicated before guests make a reservation so they can make an informed decision. Had we known in advance, we may have chosen different accommodations."

"The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight of our trip. One thing to note is that there is no front desk staff on-site, which made it less convenient when we needed assistance, extra towels, or wanted to ship our luggage. Overall, a great stay if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views."

"One of the most beautiful hotels that we stayed at right over the train station. The Onsen was one of the most amazing things. It’s on the roof of the hotel on the 14th floor and you overlook the city and on a clear day. You can see mount Fuji while you’re sitting in the water."
