「This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. 「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」

The room we stayed in had just been renovated with new flooring, toilet, etc., so it was very clean. For us, safety and cleanliness were our two key concerns. Be aware that there are no amenities or decorations of any kind (coffee maker, closet, suitcase stand, pictures, etc.), other than the soap that is provided. 「The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.」

「Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.」
