「Beautiful lobby area which connects to an on-site lounge, which was equally as beautiful. At check-in we received a complimentary voucher to try a Tapa at the lounge. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area. 」
「The hotel staff was very kind, the free breakfast was great, and the convenience of the location was perfect! An important note is that the hotel is up on a hill, and you can drop off your luggage at the door, but be aware that there's a set of large stairs to climb from the parking lot up to the hotel. We chose not to get housekeeping while there, and the staff was kind to give us extra toilet paper/bags when needed. The only strange thing about our stay was that an area of our carpet was wet...
"The front desk staff was friendly, but the room facilities were poor. There were no hangers to hang clothes, no door guard, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the lock on the balcony door was broken, so I was very worried about security. There was no room cleaning during my stay. The subway station was close and the bus stop was in front of the hotel, so it was convenient. There was a fire station next door, but the noise wasn't a problem."
