"For me, the most important things are a firm and comfortable bed and pillows, soft bedding, and good shower water pressure with hot water coming quickly. if a hotel meets these three needs, I will choose to stay again. breakfast is a nice bonus. "The evening check in gentleman was very nice and accommodating. We wound up staying 2 nights. There were a few things to mention that were not quite up to standards. The first was the bathroom. The ceiling tiles in the shower were loose and uneven-as if they were going to come down any minute. Then directly above the toilet the ceiling was actually pushed in and you could see the venting system ‘hoses’. The thing is, you don’t notice this right away. I didn’t see it until the second day. With these problems we opted not to shower. The other thing was the language barrier with the maid service… We needed the room cleaned but she didn’t do that. We thought she understood but she did not and we only got towels and another pillow. All in all it was clean and staff was very friendly. And in my book that goes a long way!!!"
