"Too much noises in the hallway."

"Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers was comfortable. The property looked clean and reception staff was very helpful. There was a foul smell in the hallway near my room. When I reported it, they took care of it immediately. The room was inviting, however there is a sign in the bathroom that says they only clean every other day. I stayed 3 nights; and no one ever cleaned my room. The shower appeared clean, but there was buildup on the caulking that came off after I had a shower. It appears as if the housekeeping staff may have cut corners when they cleaned. The bed was comfortable. Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room is a convenience. The complementary breakfast was good. I was surprised that they served scrambled eggs, sausage and even freshly made waffles in addition to a continental breakfast. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but housekeeping needs a little improvement."

"Easy free parking. This hotel is old and m need of a modernization. My room was missing furniture and the tv was small, the breakfast was a joke. However, you get what you pay for."

"Parking was very convenient and very good. Staff was nice. After checking in, when we entered our room we noticed a very bad smell. We let the front desk know and they moved us immediately. The new room smelled better but there was hair on the toilet and in the shower from the previous guests. "

"Blood stains on the sheets. Switch to another room, sheets dirty as well. Nothing was cleaned. Will never stay there again."
