「The location was perfect, literally 20 steps from Time Square and a 3 minute walk to catch the subway. We arrived mid morning and they allow you to drop your bags and we felt completely comfortable doing that and came back to the the hotel at 6:00pm and our bags were there waiting. They are doing renovations and the lobby is not completed. The staff were all so very nice! They took time to help us get around the city and had lots of recommendations. We were greeted in the morning and every...
