"All front desk employees were very rude, unpleasant, and were unhappy to see the guest. They were not cooperative at all and not willing to answer any questions we had or the other guests. However the property was clean and beautiful, the restaurant and cleaning staff was very professional, respectful, and helpful. "

"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "
