"Beautiful hotel, exceptional amenities (eg PJs) and friendly helpful staff who spoke fluent English. Our family of 5 stayed in a one bedroom loft apartment. It was so spacious having both a dining and living area, 2 toilets and big bathroom. Our towels were changed on request and we used the laundry downstairs a number of times. "Mimaru is an excellent place to stay in Kyoto. It is only three subway stops from Kyoto Stdtion and it is in a very quiet area. It has exceptional amenities and our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. There is a Family Mart about 30m from the front entrance. Highly recommended."
