Rented the presidential suite 501. It was spacious and perfect for our family of four adults. The area is residential and not super convenient to dining options. You can walk to two different transportation lines but we used uber and it was reasonable and comparable in price for four persons. The only thing that could have been better was a thorough cleaning of the carpet and sofa which had stains on it.. Beds were great. Neighborhood is quiet and well priced.

Very nice property for families. Clean and new facilities. Staffs have good English to communicate. The only thing is we didn’t see many dining or shopping options nearby. It’s a little bit far from nearby train station.

Enjoyed our stay especially the bathroom. It is quiet where we stayed about 13 minute walk to station to get to the sites/attractions. They had a convinnie near by and some restaurants. It was a bit away from attractions but totally doable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered a breathtaking 360-degree view. It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a separate room behind sliding doors. The location of the hotel was a 20-minute brisk walk from Kyoto Station. It’s hidden away in a quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay at Randor Residential Hotel. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. We would recommend the hotel for convenience as it is super close to the train station, which is ideal for going to Kyoto station and other parts of Kyoto. There seemed to be a lack of cleanliness around the kitchen and bathroom area. But overall the apartment was clean and it did fit our needs well.

Spacious and comfy rooms. However location was a bit isolated and offerings were limited. They were able to accept luggage shipments but unable to help w shipping them—the closest kombini was 10 mins walk so we had to lug all of our suitcases there when we checked out. Otherwise the rooms were pretty comfortable with large common spaces, slightly dated and some had slight odors. They do have a communal coin laundry room which is always busy and packed but a good addition given most rooms (if equipped), only have a washer without an actual full drying function

Very nice property. My group was made up of 4 girls with 5 suit cases and 4 carry ons. The room was a great size, fit us comfortably and very affordable to our pockets. The hotel received luggage transfers but they do not send luggage but there is a store 10 minutes away near the train station that does. The girls at the front desk helped me fill out the papers to send off my luggage and that helped allot. Would book again.
