Absolutely love this place down the views were impeccable the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and roomy we booked the 2 bedroom but there was also a tatami bed in the living room it over looks the osaka bay just fantastic, getting around osaka was fine as well but getting to universal was chefs kiss couldn’t have picked a better place!!!! 💕

This place is amazing. This place was built in 2025, so everything is brand new. It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. The breakfast was top notch. I recommend highly.

Excellent and spacious room! We are a family of 4 and comfortably shared a quadruple room. 4 big beds. Kitchen and washing machine! The hotel is a 25 minute walk to Universal or a 5 minute walk to metro. Perfect for us!

We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes. It is just a twenty min walk to the pier to catch ferry to aquarium or to USJ. We also took advantage of the restaurant and spa on site. It was our first time to Japan and we will definitely be back!

The property is amaizing, great place and very comfortable with easy access to transport and perfect for Universal Park. Tue only downside is the sorroundings are not very good looking as it seems to be an industrial area.

We booked for a stay of 6 nights but only 2 small packets of detergent were provided. Pillows and blankets shld be provided for guests sleeping in the tatami area in the living room. We could only make do with the small cushions so didnt sleep well. And there was no one to contact for help. Overall, the place was clean. Short 7 min walk to the train station was a plus. There are no amenities in the area so get what you need in town before heading back. Breakfast was a choice of Japanese or Western. Same dishes throughout the 6 days so got a bit sick of it towards the end.

The room was great! It’s literally one subway stop from Universal Studios! We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have similar accommodations in Tokyo where we are staying for 8 days! The best thing about this hotel is that it’s clean, it has two separate rooms with comfortable beds . We had two rooms within the suite and we had a full kitchen , table with chairs to sit at and chat while sipping on tea or eating. We also had a washing machine and a full kitchen! Great balcony to see views of Osaka! As a family of 4 travelling with a 15 year old teenage son and adult daughter we all had room. Beds were about the size of a queen size bed and we had closets and storage for clothing! I would have liked to try the onset BUT I have a bird tattoo on my shoulder and that’s a big no no . Would recommend and would stay here again for sure! Please note that when you check in to this hotel you do so through a computer in the lobby. I really did not see or feel any negatives with this place. It was perfect!

The hotel room is small but cozy, very pack for family of 6 to stay. The amenities are not enough, they just provided a 1ml tooth paste each for us to use for 6days 5 nights stay. 6 packs of coffee(not every day) No housekeeping at all. We have to clean our own bath towels if we want to hv clean towel for shower. Onsen is amazing. Very clean and quiet. The female staff is super helpful and nice. Location is not close to any public transport or convenient store. Hotel provide carpark(but they charged a daily rate)

The property was very beautiful, with mesmerizing views of the bay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, very quiet area perfect for relaxing. The room was equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook if we needed to, but we only needed the coffee and tea makers because the breakfast was delectable! The restaurant personnel are extremely agreeable and helpful.

Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.

The hotel condition is very good. Rooms are clean and the toilet is also very clean. This is a self check-in hotel, so you don't get to see the staffs unless there is an issue. There are limited restaurants nearby, so you'd better handle all your meals when you're out.

The rooms were clean. They dont provide pajamas. No water bottles available, there’s vending machines by the parking lot nearby. The hallways are Outdoor. Very techy for check in and check out. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay. Close to train station maybe 7-10 minutes walk. Larger Space compared to a regular hotel room. Different code to get in on main door and different one to get into your room. Quiet and peaceful; not busy environment.

The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again.
