"Everything from check in to check out was wonderful. The staff is very helpful with everything from finding a local coffee shop to getting to and from the cruise port. The room was clean and the rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Beautiful 360° views of the city and harbor."

"This was the perfect location for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet, all were great. It was easy to get our car in and out. Breakfast at the restaurant was good not great and a bit overpriced but welcome to Seattle. We will definitely stay here again."
