「The room is impeccable and the girls at the desk were so very nice. The hot tub and pool are not working and I was very disappointed in that but overall the room is beautiful. We have a corner room with a fireplace and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Wonderful hotel in Rochester. Safe area and great street in front for jogging. A few museums in walking distance. I would come back there.」

「Our king size room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I would add that the rug edges at baseboards needed vacuuming. It was quiet, even tho next to highway. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. We didn’t eat breakfast but I did grab 2 muffins for the road. It looked like a good variety of food available tho. Definitely would stay there again, if needed somewhere in that area. 」

「The room service, staff, breakfast, helpfulness, was beyond compare to me. My toilet was running and they fixed it immediately. The hotel is a little worn. The dining room chairs are the worst I’ve ever seen in a food service, the seat covers are washed to non existence. The carpets old, and my rooms ceiling needs painting. 」
