"Frankfort is a beautiful area and the Harbor Lights Resort was the best place we could have stayed. Our condo was spotless clean and very comfortable with the fireplace and jetted tub. We had a great view of Lake Michigan and Lake Betsie from the very large deck. The staff were absolutely wonderful. There was construction at our condo during our stay (of which I complained about). They offered to find us another unit or reduce our total price for the inconvenience. The restaurants in Frankfort were fabulous. We rented bikes and rode along the Betsie river. Absolutely wonderful I’m not sure why we have never been to Frankfort before, but it is definitely one of my favorite places in Michigan "

"Our stay at the Leland Lodge was wonderful! The property is incredibly family-friendly — our kids especially loved the Murphy bunks. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Fishtown, and the surrounding area was beautiful with fall colors beginning to show. From enjoying breakfast overlooking the golf course to relaxing around a bonfire at night, every moment felt special. John went above and beyond each day to make sure we had everything we needed, and his hospitality made our visit even better. We’ve been searching for a place to return to year after year, and the Leland Lodge checked all the boxes. We can’t wait to come back!"
