"It was a nice property and clean and in order. I would have like to have known up front that there is no available parking and that there was a daily charge to use what was available. I had a difficult time finding the room (my kids and walked all around the building at the end of a long day of travel) and was sent to the wrong room by one of the customer service agents when I called their helpline. The agent who was the MOST HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS AND WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR US STAYING after our frustrating check-in process and finding the room was MAE! She deserves some HUGE KUDOS. Had she not helped the way she did I was ready to cancel the room and find a new place to stay. All that said Sonder was clean, well kept and secure. I was comfortable staying there with my kids. If I have to choose to stay in Denver again I will keep Sonder on my list."

"Wonderful stay! Very clean and hotel in a good location with many shops, restaurants, and bars. Love the contactless check in. Room was spacious with everything needed for a kitchen and large tv in the living room area. Bed was comfortable but pillows are very large and uncomfortable at times. Bathroom was clean and there were enough extra supplies available."

"The condo was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Downtown and Coors Field were short drives away. The neighborhood is really clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again."
