「The house was in a convenient location for us attending CMU graduation. It was also close to downtown. The house is updated with adjoining bathrooms for each bedroom.」

「The home was beautiful, and we loved the backyard for our pup! So much space to run and play. Everything was clean and tidy.」

「This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing...

「We lucked out with being able to stay at this adorable little house. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 13 year old daughter. Came to GJ for our son’s graduation and the house is only a few blocks from the stadium. The house was clean, had air conditioning and a full kitchen. It is very tiny but it had a huge yard and we enjoyed sitting outside at the umbrella table and having coffee. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to GJ!」

「Property was close to everything we were looking for. Had lots of room and would of been great for more people if we would of had. It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time.」

「Beautiful older house, nice finishes tastefully refreshed. Amazing location with quick access and an easy walk into downtown. With the cool night air it would have been nice to have screens on the windows to leave them open. There should be a disclaimer regarding the drastic slant to the floor. I would love to stay there again, however, due to having vertigo I felt like I was walking in a fun house. 」

「We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.」

「The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side.」
