「Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. 「Everything was perfect. Great direction and info from the owner. Space was clean and comfortable. There was no skiing nor did we expect it. 」

「This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. 」

The apartment is very nice, has plenty of books, movies and TV channel selections. The location is awesome, being within walking distance to a lot of things. For nearly the whole trip, I didn't feel the need to use anything other than my feet or the busses. 」
