「Staff was friendly and accommodating 」

「Parking was great, wifi worked well. Room was nice and clean just had a bit of an odd smell. But nonetheless had a great stay.」

「Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. 」

Breakfast was slightly limited (boiled eggs, for example, would be a welcome breakfast item to enjoy with toast and the good coffee), but the fresh waffle was delicious, as well as the fruit and yogurt. The room was spotless, and the manager and his personnel excellent. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Burrell House. The room was large, beautifully renovated with a well thought out design. It is a very short walk or drive to Main Street where there were a multitude of restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again soon. 」

Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically. After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer. I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem. She said 2 different company uses different...
