It is about a 45 minute walk from the Roma Termini train station but we booked a shuttle to get to the airport and it was only a couple of euros more than if we took the train. Beautiful location. Borghese gardens were close (20 minute walk) and the hop on/hop off tour bus stop was about a 20 minute walk."
