"Staff was helpful and flexible— we were planning to drop luggage off at the front desk in the morning of our arrival but the room was ready and they let us leave our luggage in our room. Hotel isn’t typical, you have to go upstairs in what looks like an apartment building and thru a door to get to the front desk. The room was dated but clean, the shower is tiny, no tub, some fixtures rusted or worn, and there were no nice touches or complimentary soaps/lotions, but the price was competitive for a room with three beds for 2 adults and 2 little kids on a family trip. I’m happy with our stay. Also walking distance (even when heavily burdened in the predawn dark) to the coach bus shuttle to fiumicino. "
