"This was a GREAT find. Very convenient to the sights by public transportation (validate your ticket BEFORE entering the bus!!) and a very nice area, walking distance to Vatican and to metro (Roma S. Pietro). The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was perfect Italian --freah coffee, pastry, yogurt, a sandwich for later if you'd like. I will DEFINITELY be back. "The host was the kindest, most helpful woman I’ve encountered in my years of travelling. Check in was clear; contact was made by WhatsApp in advance to check my check-in times. The location: perfect, right across the street from S. Pietro station; 10 minutes from Vatican City. The guesthouse was wonderful: in essence, you have your own apartment, albeit shared. Would return on my next trip to Rome. "

He made our stay there very comfortable with his gentle voice and advice on making our visit to the St Peters Basilica a memorable one. The hotel location was great, the room was clean and simple. The views from the beautiful large windows were amazing. We had the window shutters opened from the minute we entered the room to the time we checked out. "Great location and comfortable apartment! Responsive and helpful hosts. Very convenient for the Vatican but also easy access to the rest of central Rome. The furnishings are a little sparse (the living room could use two more comfortable chairs, in our opinion) but overall my husband and two college-age children had a great time in this apartment and the location. Also, it would be nice if the restaurant recommendations provided in the host's binder of helpful information were 1) provided in advance so that reservations could be made and 2)focused on restaurants in the area, not just in Rome generally. We highly recommend the restaurant across the street, Vino & Peperoncino Ristorante Bistrot. We enjoyed a fabulous and unique meal there our final night in Rome. "
